Defaults for every hotkey registered by createHotkey and createHotkeys. requireReset applies to chords and timeout applies to sequences.

The user's platform, for labels from getFormatForDisplay, hotkeys, and recorders. On a server, set it from the request with detectPlatform(userAgent).
